Preparation Method :
- Peel and mash the potatoes.
- Preheat oil in a big ladle over medium heat. Add garlic, broken red chilies and cumin seeds. Remove from fire after the dry red chilies get crisp.
- Add to the potatoes. Mix well so that the dry red chilies get completely crushed. Add salt.
- Divide potato into 8 equal portions and make balls. Set aside.
- Transfer cooked hot rice to a plate. Sprinkle ghee.
- Add potato balls and serve immediately.

- 4 medium sized boiled potatoes
- 2 teaspoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 10 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 dry red chili
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- 500 grams cooked, hot rice
- 1 tablespoon ghee
