Preparation Method :
- Wash the rice. Peel and cut the potato into 4 pieces.
- Preheat oil in a pressure cooker over high heat.
- Add cumin seeds. After a minute add potatoes and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add rice and fry for 3 minutes. Add salt, pepper and water and close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook over high heat till one whistle.
- Open the lid of the pressure cooker after all the air escapes.

- 250 grams rice
- 2 potatoes
- 2 teaspoon peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 500 ml water
