FRIED POTATOES WITH RICE

Preparation Method :
- Preheat oil over high heat in a medium frying pan.
- Add cumin seeds. After half a minute add onion and fry till brown.
- Add potatoes and green chilies and fry till potatoes get tender.
- Add rice, salt and pepper and fry for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to plates.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 chopped onions
- 2 large, finely chopped potato
- 4 slit green chilies
- 1 kg cooked rice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 200 grams chopped coriander leaves
