Preparation Method :
- Mix together milk and sugar and let the sugar completely dissolve in milk.
- Peel and mash the potatoes.
- Add milk and potato to wheat flour along with eating soda, green cardamom powder and ghee and knead into smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal portions. Make balls, and roll into 4 cm diameter discs with a rolling pin. Use a little wheat flour to dust the discs while rolling.
- Cook each disc on a preheated griddle over high heat till they turn brown on both the sides. Apply ghee while cooking each side.

- 250 grams sugar
- 4 boiled potatoes
- A pinch of eating soda
- 2 tablespoon green cardamom powder
- 600 grams wheat flour
- 250 ml ghee
