Preparation Method :
- Transfer refined flour, semolina, soda bi carbonate, peanut oil and baking powder to a large bowl.
- Mix well and knead into a soft dough using water. Set aside for half an hour.
- Peel and grate the potatoes. Add salt and red chili powder.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Make balls.
- Flatten the balls. Place equal portions of the potato filling in between and seal the edges properly. Dust with a little flour.
- Roll into 6-7 inches diameter discs. Place them one by one into preheated oven and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Cut into 2 halves.

- 250 grams semolina
- A pinch of soda bi carbonate
- 6 tablespoons IDHAYAM MANTRA peanut oil
- ½ tablespoon baking powder
- 5 boiled potatoes
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder

I tried making this. but when i place the aloo inside the dough balls and try to flatten it , the aloo cums out gvng imperfect look.. can u suggest a best way to do the roll..
