Preparation Method :
- Peel and grate the potatoes.
- Preheat oil in a medium, non-stick shallow frying pan or non-stick griddle over high heat. Add onion and fry till golden brown.
- Add potatoes, salt, pepper and coriander leaves. Spread the potatoes evenly on the pan and cook over low heat till the potatoes turn golden brown on the underside.
- During cooking add oil at the sides.
- Turn the potato on the other side gently. Add the remaining oil and cook over low heat till the other side also turns golden brown.

- 8 large boiled potatoes
- 10 teaspoons IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 2 finely chopped onion
- Salt
- 2 teaspoon pepper
- 200 grams chopped coriander leaves
