- Cut the potatoes into medium size.
 - Wash and add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and garlic paste.
 - Preheat Idhayam Sesame Oil on a griddle or frying pan and shallow fry the potatoes till they get tender.

- 4 medium-sized potatoes
 - Salt to taste
 - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
 - 1 teaspoon red chili powder
 - 2 teaspoon garlic paste
 - 4 tablespoons IDHAYAM sesame oil
