Preparation Method :
- Peel and cut potatoes into thin strips.
- Make a batter of rice flour and water.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, white pepper and garlic paste.
- Dip potatoes and green chilies in the batter.
- Preheat oil in a small frying pan over high heat.
- Fry potatoes and green chilies over medium heat until red and crisp in 2-3 batches.

- 4 large potatoes
- 400 grams rice flour
- Water
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 8 half slit green chilies
- 400 ml IDHAYAM MANTRA peanut oil
