Preparation Method :
- Mix the curry powder with little water in a small bowl.
- Arrange the drained potatoes in a single layer in a lightly greased ovenproof dish.
- Heat the oil and margarine. Add curry powder mixture and stir- fry for about a minute.
- Coat the potatoes evenly with curry powder mixture. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C / 375°F / Gas mark 5 for about 25-30 minutes.
- Turn the potatoes over and bake for another 10-12 minutes or until tender and crisp. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve immediately.

- 2 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon margarine or butter
- Mild curry powder, to taste
