ALOO KI POTLI

Preparation Method :

  • Scoop out the middle part of the boiled potatoes to give it a shape of half-cut egg shell.
  • Then , roast the potatoes for 2-3 minutes in a spoon of olive oil till it is light golden in color.
  • Stuff aloo bhujia, chaat masala, paneer and salt  into the roasted potatoes.
  • Now drizzle the pomegranate and lemon juice on top of it and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 potatoes, boiled
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 50 grams baked aloo bhujia
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Chaat masala to taste
  • 20 grams paneer, finely chopped
  • Olive oil
