Preparation Method :
- Scoop out the middle part of the boiled potatoes to give it a shape of half-cut egg shell.
- Then , roast the potatoes for 2-3 minutes in a spoon of olive oil till it is light golden in color.
- Stuff aloo bhujia, chaat masala, paneer and salt into the roasted potatoes.
- Now drizzle the pomegranate and lemon juice on top of it and serve.

- 3 potatoes, boiled
- 1 Pomegranate
- 50 grams baked aloo bhujia
- Lemon juice to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chaat masala to taste
- 20 grams paneer, finely chopped
- Olive oil
