CHILI PORK WITH BROCCOLI

Preparation Method :
- Remove any fat from the pork and cut into paper-thin slices .Cut the broccoli into bite- sized pieces and blanch in boiling water for 1minute.
- Drain and set aside. Rinse the black beans under cold water, drain and chop.
- Combine the soy sauce, chili bean sauce, sugar and corn flour with 4 tablespoons cold water.
- Heat a wok, add the oil and swirl to coat the surface. Add the pork and stir-fry over a high heat, tossing until browned.
- Remove the pork and set aside. Add the garlic and chopped black beans; stir-fry for a few seconds.
- Stir in the sauce mixture and cook until it boils and thickens.
- Return the pork to the wok with the broccoli and stir together until heated through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chili.
