SPICY PORK CHOPS

Preparation Method :
- Place the pork in a greased 1.2 liter casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and cook, uncovered, in a preheated moderately hot oven (200°C/400°F, Gas Mark 6) for 15 minutes.
- Arrange the onion slices over the pork and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
- In a blender, combine the garlic, tomatoes with their juice, paprika pepper, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, sugar, cider and salt and pepper to taste, and then pour over the pork and onion.
- Cover and continue to cook in the oven for 25 minutes or until the pork is tender.
- Serve with jacket baked potatoes and broccoli.

- 1 x 500 grams tomatoes
- 2 teaspoon paprika pepper
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 300 ml dry cider
- Freshly ground black pepper
