BRAISED PORK WITH CARROTS

Preparation Method :
- Mix together the garlic, sherry and 6 tablespoons of the soy sauce.
- Add the pork strips and toss to coat well. Leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes, and then stir in the flour.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onion and meat mixture and stir-fry until the meat is browned.
- Add the remaining soy sauce, the sugar and just enough water to cover the meat. Bring to the boil.
- Add the carrots and simmer for 20 minutes or until the meat is tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley, with plain boiled rice.
