Preparation Method :
- Toast the muffins on both sides under the grill (broiler) then split open. Drain tomatoes and chop finely in a bowl.
- Mix in garlic, oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Spread evenly over the muffins, and then top with the grated Cheddar cheese and salami.
- Sprinkle over the Parmesan cheese, then place under a medium hot grill (broiler) until the topping is bubbling.
- Serve immediately with a green salad.

- 4 muffins or baps
- 500 grams tomatoes
- 2 small clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 100 grams mature Cheddar cheese, grated
- 100 grams salami, diced
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
