Preparation Method :
- Mix tomato sauce with crushed garlic and ajwain.
- Spread the slices with butter.
- Spread 1 tablespoon tomato sauce on each slice.
- Place on a greased baking tray. Place a slice of salami, a slice of capsicum, then a whole mushroom dotted with butter.
- Sprinkle cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 350° F,for about 10 minutes.

- A piece of crushed garlic
- ½ teaspoon crushed ajwain
- 50 grams of cheese - grated
- 4 slices of salami
- 4 mushrooms
- 4 slices of bread - remove sides
- 1 capsicum - sliced
