Preparation Method :
- Preheat the grill to medium. Cut the muffins in half and toast the cut side lightly.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the muffins.
- Sprinkle the sun-dried tomatoes on top of the tomato sauce.
- Cut the Parma ham into thin strips and place on the muffins with the pineapple and pepper.
- Carefully arrange the mozzarella cubes on top.
- Drizzle a little oil over each pizza and add salt and pepper to taste,
- Place under the hot grill and cook until the cheese melts and bubbles.
- Serve immediately.

- 100 ml ready-made tomato pizza sauce
- 1 sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
- 25 grams Parma ham
- 1 rings canned pineapple, chopped
- Green pepper, deseeded and chopped
- 100 grams mozzarella cheese, cubed
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Salt and pepper
