Preparation Method :
- The Tomato Sauce: Place the canned tomatoes, tomato puree and sugar in a pan and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Skin the fresh tomatoes by covering them with boiling water for 30 seconds and then draining them. The skin will peel off easily.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain and divide between 3 serving bowls.
- Divide the chopped fresh tomatoes between the serving bowls. Season the cooked tomato sauce.

- 4 tomatoes, skinned, white core removed and chopped
- 1 canned tomatoes, chopped
- 345 grams pasta, cooked
- 2 tablespoon tomato puree
- A pinch of sugar
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
