TAGLIATELLE WITH HERB SAUCE

Preparation Method :
- Add 500 grams tagliatelle or trenette to a large pan of rapidly boiling water and cook until just tender. Drain and return to pan.
- While pasta is cooking, place fresh parsley leaves, fresh basil leaves, fresh oregano and toasted pine nuts in food processor and process for 10 seconds or until finely chopped.
- With motor running, add olive oil and process for 10 seconds or until a smooth paste is formed.
- Add salt and pepper, to taste. Add sauce to pasta and toss well.
- Serve immediately, garnished with shavings of fresh parmesan cheese, if desired.

- 100 grams fresh oregano
- 100 grams toasted pine nuts
- 100 grams Cooking oil
- 100 grams lemon juice
- 100 grams freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
