TAGLIATELLE, ROCKET AND SUNDRIED TOMATOES

Preparation Method :

  • In a large salad bowl, combine cooked, cooled tagliatelle with rocket leaves, tomatoes, avocado .
  • Dressing of olive oil, white wine vinegar with seeded mustard.
  • Toss well, season, to taste add salt and pepper, Serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams tagliatelle (cooked)
  • 500 grams of rocket leaves
  • 10 sundried Tomatoes(chopped)
  • 1 Avocado (into slices)
  • 100 ml of Cooking oil
  • 50 ml of white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon seeded mustard
  • Salt, pepper (to taste)
