SPAGHETTI WITH GORGONZOLA

Preparation Method :
- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 to 12 minutes until tender but not soft.
- Meanwhile heat the cream in a pan, add the Gorgonzola and stir until melted. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
- Drain the spaghetti, return to the pan and toss with the butter, nutmeg to taste, spring onions (scallions) and Parmesan cheese.
- Turn the spaghetti into a warmed serving dish, and pour over the sauce. Sprinkle with chives.
- Serve immediately with a tomato and basil salad.

- 400 gram spaghetti
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 250 ml single cream
- 200 gram Gorgonzola cheese, diced
- 50 gram butter
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 4 spring onions, finely chopped
- 50 gram grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped chives to garnish
