SPAGHETTI PUTTANESCA

Preparation Method :
- Add spaghetti or fettuccine to a large pan of rapidly boiling water.
- Cook pasta until just tender and drain immediately. Return drained pasta to pan.
- While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a heavy-based frying pan.
- Add garlic, parsley and chilli flakes stir and cook for 1 minute over medium heat.
- Add undrained, crushed tomatoes and stir to combine. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
- Add capers, anchovies and olives, stir and cook for 5 minutes. Add black pepper to it then stir.
- Add sauce to pasta and toss gently until evenly distributed. Serve immediately in warmed pasta bowls.

- 500 grams spaghetti or fettuccine
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- ½ teaspoon chilli flakes or powder
- 450 grams can tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 3 anchovy fillets, chopped
- 50 grams black olives
- Black pepper, to taste
