SHELLS WITH BROCCOLI AND ANCHOVY

Preparation Method :
- Add pasta to a large pan of boiling water and cook until just tender. Drain and return to pan.
- While pasta is cooking, cut broccoli into small florets. Cook for 2 minutes in a pan of boiling water ; drain.
- Place in cold water; drain again. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a heavy-based frying pan. Add onion, garlic and anchovies; cook over low heat for 3 minutes, stir it while cooking.
- Add cream to pan and stir it constantly, bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets and cook for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Add sauce to pasta and toss well to combine.
- Serve in warmed pasta plates. Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan cheese and serve immediately.

- 500 grams small shell pasta
- 425 grams broccoli
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3 anchovy fillets, chopped
- 300 ml thickened or pouring cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 100 grams freshly grated parmesan cheese, for serving
