Preparation Method :
- Peel onion and chop it finely.
- Crush tomatoes while still in the can.
- Heat oil in medium heavy-based frying pan. Add prosciutto and onion ,stir occasionally, cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until golden.
- Add rosemary, undrained tomatoes, salt and pepper; simmer for 10- 12 minutes.
- While sauce is cooking, add pasta to a large pan of rapidly boiling water and cook until just tender.
- Drain and Divide pasta between warmed serving bowls and top with sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve immediately.

- 1 medium onion
- 850 grams can tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 6 thin slices prosciutto (approximately 75 grams), chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 500 grams penne or macaroni
- 100 grams freshly grated parmesan
- Cheese, for serving
