PENNE WITH BROAD BEANS AND ARTICHOKES

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • In a large salad bowl, combine penne with broad beans, spring onions, artichoke hearts, pecorino cheese and olive oil.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired. Serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams Penne (cooked, cooled)
  • 425 grams Board beans (blanched,peeled)
  • 4 spring onions (chopped)
  • 100 grams pecorino cheese (cheese)
  • 6 artichoke hearts
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Fresh herbs to Garnish
  • Salt , pepper, to taste
