- In a large salad bowl, combine penne with broad beans, spring onions, artichoke hearts, pecorino cheese and olive oil.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired. Serve.

- 425 grams Board beans (blanched,peeled)
- 4 spring onions (chopped)
- 100 grams pecorino cheese (cheese)
- 6 artichoke hearts
- 50 ml olive oil
- Fresh herbs to Garnish
- Salt , pepper, to taste
