Preparation Method :
- Place the walnuts, garlic and water in a blender or food processor fitted with the steel blade and process until the nuts are chopped.
- Add small amounts of spinach alternately with the oil and process until smooth.
- 0Add the cheese, salt and pepper to taste and blend.
- Toss the sauce with the hot pasta.
INGREDIENTS
- 80 gram walnut pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 10 tablespoons water
- 500 gram spinach, chopped
- 250 ml Cooking oil
- 50 gram grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 500 gram freshly cooked pasta
