Preparation Method :
- Cook pasta al dente, as per instructions on the pack.
- Melt the butter on a low flame, preferably on a non-stick or a heavy bottom steel pan.
- Add the chilli and garlic.
- Saute for about 40 seconds and add spinach. Saute till the spinach is blanched.
- Stir in the milk and when it starts to simmer, add the cream cheese and stir on low to medium heat. Allow the sauce to lightly simmer.
- Add in the pasta and stir, turning off the heat.
- Serve hot with garlic bread on the side.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon butter/garlic butter
- 1 sliced green chilli (optional)
- 1-2 garlic pearls (chopped)
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 small bowl of washed & chopped spinach
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper-(optional)
- 200 grams pasta
