CHICKEN RAVIOLI WITH BUTTERED SAGE SAUCE

Preparation Method :
- Add Ravioli to a large pan of rapidly boiling water.
- Cook until just tender. Drain pasta in colander and return to pan.
- While ravioli is cooking, melt butter in a heavy-based pan.
- Add spring onion and sage and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
- Add sauce to pasta; toss well. Pour into a warmed serving platter and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Garnish with fresh sage leaves; serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams fresh or dried chicken-filled ravioli
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 spring onions chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
- Pepper and Salt, to taste
- 100 grams freshly grated parmesan cheese, (for serving)
- Fresh sage leaves, for garnish
