Preparation Method :
- Coarsely grind together all the ingredients for the paste and set aside.
- Cook pasta al dente as per instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat the Sesame Oil in a wide pan and add the pasta.
- Add the coarsely ground pesto to the pasta and stir well.
- Add the pepper if desired and the cream cheese and stir till the pasta is well coated.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams pasta
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- Pepper-freshly ground to taste
To grind to a coarse paste
- 8-10 basil leaves
- 5-8 garlic cloves
- 2-3 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoon mixed nuts
- 100 ml milk
- Salt to taste
