ARRABIATA RED SAUCE PASTA

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cook pasta as per instructions on the pack to al dente.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped garlic.
  • Add the chopped onions and saute till translucent.
  • Stir in the tomatoes and saute for a few minutes till the tomato seems a little cooked.
  • Stir in the oregano, the chilli flakes and salt.
  • Add a little water if required.
  • Add in the cooked pasta and stir till well coated.
  • Remove from heat and serve with a garnish of Parmesan cheese shavings, crushed pepper and garlic bread on the side. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams pasta
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 6-8 garlic pearls
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • Red chilli flakes to taste  
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoon Sesame Oil

To Garnish

  • Crushed black pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
