Preparation Method :
- Cook pasta as per instructions on the pack to al dente.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped garlic.
- Add the chopped onions and saute till translucent.
- Stir in the tomatoes and saute for a few minutes till the tomato seems a little cooked.
- Stir in the oregano, the chilli flakes and salt.
- Add a little water if required.
- Add in the cooked pasta and stir till well coated.
- Remove from heat and serve with a garnish of Parmesan cheese shavings, crushed pepper and garlic bread on the side.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams pasta
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 6-8 garlic pearls
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- ½ onion, chopped
- Red chilli flakes to taste
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoon Sesame Oil
To Garnish
- Crushed black pepper
- Parmesan cheese
