Preparation Method :
- Boil macaroni with turmeric powder, salt, cooking oil and required amount of water for 5 minutes. Drain water and keep aside.
- In a frying pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds. Once it starts to splutter, add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste and saute till light brown.
- Add curry leaves, coriander leaves, chopped green chili and red chili powder.
- Add vegetables to it and mix well. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Once the vegetables are cooked well.
- Add boiled macaroni to it and stir well. Turn off the heat.
- Serve hot.

- 500 grams Macaroni
- 50 grams Green peas (boiled)
- 50 grams French beans (cut into small pieces)
- 2 Carrots (chopped)
- 1 Capsicum (red or green)
- 2 Onions (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 3 Green chili
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Water
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
