Preparation Method :
- Add Linguine to a large pan of rapidly boiling water and cook until just tender. Drain well. Return pasta to pan; keep warm.
- While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a frying pan. Add garlic and stir over low heat for 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes, capers and olives; cook for 4 minutes.
- Add wine, parsley and pepper and stir. Bring to the boil; reduce heat and simmer for 7 minutes. Remove pan from heat.
- Add anchovies to pan. Add sauce to warm pasta and toss to distribute sauce evenly through pasta. Serve immediately.

- 500 grams linguine
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped (optional)
- 50 grams cup capers
- 100 grams chopped pitted black olives
- 50 grams chopped pitted green olives
- 50 grams dry white wine
- 50 grams chopped fresh parsley or basil
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 100 grams can anchovies, drained and chopped
