SPIRAL PASTA WITH BREADCRUMB SAUCE

Preparation Method :
- Process 5 slices brown bread in a food processor for 30 seconds or until it forms fine crumbs.
- Add spiral pasta or farfalle to a large pan of rapidly boiling water and cook until just tender.
- Drain, keep warm. While pasta is cooking, heat ¼ cup olive oil in a large heavy-based frying pan over low heat.
- Add breadcrumbs and 3 cloves crushed garlic and stir 3 minutes or until crisp and golden.
- Combine hot pasta, breadcrumbs, finely chopped parsley and freshly grated pecorino cheese in a large serving bowl.
- Add ground black pepper, to taste. Toss well and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired. Then serve.

- 50 grams Cooking oil
- 2 table spoons of parsley , chopped
- 100 grams freshly grated pecorino cheese
- Pepper, to taste
