Preparation Method :
- Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil and cook the fusilli for 3-4 minutes if fresh or 7 minutes if dried, or according to packet directions.
- Toast the pine nuts under a preheated medium broiler or in a pan over a moderate heat. Watch them constantly and move them around to brown evenly.
- Melt the butter with the oil in a small saucepan. Drain the pasta well, then pour over the butter. Season with salt and pepper and toss well.
- Place in a warmed serving dish. Sprinkle with the pine nuts, Parmesan, and basil leaves.
- Serve immediately.

- 300 grams pine nuts
- 10 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 300 grams freshly grated Parmesan cheese
