PIQUANT PASTA

Preparation Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cook the noodles in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until tender but still firm to the bite.
  • Meanwhile in a heavy-based frying pan (skillet), gently cook the garlic and chili in the oil - they must not brown or they will be bitter.
  • Drain the noodles and place in a warmed serving bowl. Pour over the hot oil with the garlic and chili, add the parsley and pepper to taste and toss well.

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 gram fettucine (narrow ribbon noodles) 
  • Salt 
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed 
  • 2 small chili, seeded and chopped 
  • 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 4 tablespoons chopped 
  • Freshly ground pepper
