FETTUCCINE WITH CAVIAR

Preparation Method :

  • Peel eggs and chop into small pieces. Trim spring onions, discard dark green tops; chop finely.
  • In a small bowl place sour cream, eggs, spring onion, caviar, dill, lemon juice and pepper.
  • Mix ingredients well and set aside.
  • Add fettuccine to a large pan of rapidly boiling water and cook until just tender. Drain well; return to pan.
  • Toss caviar mixture through hot pasta. Serve garnished with a sprig of fresh dill, if desired, then serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 spring onions
  • 200 ml light sour cream 
  • 50 grams red caviar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to Taste 
  • 500 grams fettuccine
