FETTUCCINE ALFREDO

Cooking Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Add pasta to a large pan of rapidly boiling water and cook until just tender. Drain in a colander and return to pan.
  • While pasta is cooking, heat butter in a medium pan over low heat, add parmesan and cream, bring to the boil, stir it regularly.
  • Add parsley, salt and pepper and stir well to combine.
  • Add to pasta and toss well.
  • Garnish with Parmesan, Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams fettuccine or tagliatelle
  • 100 grams butter
  • 300 grams freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 250 ml -300 ml thickened or pouring cream
  • 50 grams chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
