Preparation Method :
- Add pasta to a large pan of rapidly boiling water and cook until just tender. Drain in a colander and return to pan.
- While pasta is cooking, heat butter in a medium pan over low heat, add parmesan and cream, bring to the boil, stir it regularly.
- Add parsley, salt and pepper and stir well to combine.
- Add to pasta and toss well.
- Garnish with Parmesan, Serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams fettuccine or tagliatelle
- 100 grams butter
- 300 grams freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 250 ml -300 ml thickened or pouring cream
- 50 grams chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper, to taste
