Preparation Method :
- Blanch the beans for 2 minutes in a large saucepan of boiling water. Drain under cold running water. Peel away the tough outer skins.
- Beat the cheese with the savory, the parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Boil the pasta in salted water until just cooked.
- Meanwhile, heat the butter in a small pan and gently fry the garlic and remaining savory for 1 minute. Add the broad beans and heat through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the pasta and return to the pan. Stir in the cheese mixture. Transfer to a heated serving dish and scatter the beans on top. Garnish with savory sprigs.
