TORTELLINI IN CREAM SAUCE

Preparation Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cook tortellini in boiling salted water for 12 to 15 minutes. Drain well.
  • Pour cream into a pan and heat gently to nearly boiling point. Remove from heat and stir in pesto and pepper to taste.
  • Add tortellini and toss well. Divide between two warmed serving bowls and serve with Parmesan cheese and a crisp green salad.

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 gram tortellini 
  • Salt 
  • 300 ml single cream 
  • 2 tablespoon Pesto 
  • Freshly ground pepper 
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, to serve
