- Cook tortellini in boiling salted water for 12 to 15 minutes. Drain well.
- Pour cream into a pan and heat gently to nearly boiling point. Remove from heat and stir in pesto and pepper to taste.
- Add tortellini and toss well. Divide between two warmed serving bowls and serve with Parmesan cheese and a crisp green salad.
