SPICY SHRIMP NOODLES

Preparation Method :
- Cover the noodles with boiling water and leave to stand for 3 minutes or according to packet instructions. Drain well and keep warm.
- Heat the oil in a wok or large open frying pan, add the shallots and cook over a moderate heat for 10 minutes, without browning.
- Add the coriander, cumin, pepper, turmeric, salt, chilli flakes and, lastly, the garlic. Squeeze over the lemon juice and stir in the shrimps.
- Toss with the noodles and serve immediately.

- 75 grams beancurd noodles
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 shallots, finely chopped
- 4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon turmeric
- Pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 2 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 250 grams tiny brown shrimps
