SESAME OIL CHICKEN AND FRIED NOODLES

Preparation Method :
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan, Add the ginger and garlic. saute till they turn brown and aromatic.
- Add the chicken pieces. Stir fry on high flame for 20 seconds. Now reduce the flame.
- Add the soy sauces and oyster sauce. Cook it covered for 10 minutes.
- Add the pepper and lime juice and water. Cook for more 10 minutes till the gravy turns thick and oil sizzle.
- Garnish it with green onion slices.
- Again heat the vegetable oil in a fry pan. Fry the hakka noodles till they are crispy and mild golden.
- Top the noodles with chicken and serve hot.

- 8 chicken leg pieces
- 200 grams hakka noodles
- 100 ml lemon juice
- 100 ml sesame oil
- 2 cup Cooking oil for deep frying
- 2 teaspoon white pepper powder
- 2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 200 ml water
- 100 grams fresh thinly sliced ginger and garlic
- 100 grams sliced green onions
