Preparation Method :
- Season the Coleslaw, green onions and garlic cloves with rice vinegar.
- Fry the chicken strips in the sesame oil with the fresh ginger and salt.
- Boil the noodles in salty water.
- Put the marinated coleslaw, green onions, garlic cloves and the chicken in a frying pan with a little bit of oil in it.
- Add the boiled noodles, soya sauce and Stir well for 6 minutes.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams skin removed boneless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoon peeled fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
- 800 grams coleslaw, chopped
- 6 green onions, thinly sliced
- 200 grams noodles
