Preparation Method :
- Cut the cucumber, carrot, onion, tomato, capsicum into small strips.
- Boil the noodles until slightly tender. Add a teaspoon of oil and salt to prevent noodles sticking from each other. Let it be half-cooked only. Avoid complete boil of noodles.
- Filter it and Wash it with cold water.
- Heat sesame oil and fry the noodles in batches until brown in colour and crisp in texture.
- Remove from the oil and place it on the absorbent paper. (fried noodles can be stored and kept for 5-6 days)
- While serving mash the noodles into tiny pieces. Add cucumber, onion, carrot, tomato and capsicum.
- Now add vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce. Salt and pepper is added as per taste.
- Now mix it well and serve it immediately otherwise it will turn soggy.

- 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper
