Preparation Method :
- Make dough with Maida/White flour and eggs and keep aside for ten minutes.
- Make a batter with corn flour and water.
- Heat oil in a kadai, coat the vegetables with the cornflour batter and deep fry till golden and crisp. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
- Coat prawns with the same batter and deep fry till crisp and golden. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
- Take dough and roll out in the pasta machine to required thickness and pass it through the noodle setting and then dust noodles with flour.
- Put the noodles into boiling water cook till done. Drain and drizzle with oil.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok. Add half the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and Szechwan sauce.
- Add the batter fried vegetables and prawns and mix in some chicken stock.
- Toss in salt, five spice powder and chopped cabbage.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in another wok, add remaining garlic,ginger,soy sauce,oyster sauce and Szechwan sauce and toss in the noodles and season with salt.
- Serve the curry in a bowl with noodles in the centre.

- 10 Mushrooms ,quartered
- 10 tablespoons chicken stock
- 2 tablesppons of Cooking oil for sauting
- 200 ml cooking oil for deep frying
- 2 tablespoon Garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Ginger ,finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon Soya sauce
- 2 teaspoon Oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Szechwan paste
- Salt
- A pinch of Five Spice powder
- 1 Cabbage, chopped finely
