CHILLI NOODLES

Preparation Method :

  • Put the shallots, garlic, chillies, ginger and salt into a food processor, and blend to a smooth paste.
  • Pour boiling water over the noodles and leave to stand for 4 minutes or according to packet instructions. Drain.
  • Heat the oil in a wok and stir in the paste. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, until fragrant.
  • Add the water and the noodles, mix with the paste until they are well coated and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 shallots
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 4 small fresh red chillies
  • 2 inch piece root ginger, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 250 grams egg thread noodles
  • 3 tablespoon sesame oil
