THE JACKET BAKED POTATO SNACK - SEAFOOD TOPPING

If you’re looking for a perfect dish to fulfill your cravings, you should prepare for the Jacket Baked Potato Snack! This is such a great dish.
Serves :
1

Preparation Time :
5 minutes

Cooking Time :
6 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Wash potato under cold running water and remove any 'eyes'. Pat dry and using a sharp knife score around the circumference of potato.
  • Place potato on edge of turntable and cook on High for 4 minutes, turn potato over, then cook for 2 minutes longer. Cut potato in half through the score mark.
  • Top potato halves with tuna and cook on Medium for 1 minute, then top with sour cream, red and black caviar or lumpfish roe, chives, spring onions and parsley.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams red-skinned potato
  • 100 grams canned tuna in oil, drained and flaked
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon red caviar or lumpfish roe
  • 1 tablespoon black caviar or lumpfish roe
  • Snipped fresh chives
  • Finely chopped spring onions chopped
  • Fresh parsley
