THE JACKET BAKED POTATO SNACK - CLASSIC TOPPING

Preparation Time :
5 minutes

Cooking Time :
6 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Wash potato under cold running water and remove any 'eyes'. Pat dry and using a sharp knife score around the circumference of potato.
  • Place potato on edge of turntable and cook on High for 4 minutes, turn potato over, then cook for 2 minutes longer. Cut potato in half through the score mark.
  • Top potato halves with sour cream and sprinkle with bacon and chives or spring onions.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams red-skinned potato
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • Chopped fried bacon
  • Snipped fresh chives or thinly sliced
  • Spring onions
