HUNGARIAN POTATOES WITH PAPRIKA
Hungarian Potatoes with Paprika can be served right into your home! It smells so good and so right you really have to choose this over other dishes! It’s the ultimate answer to your cravings! It contains a lot of ingredients like paprika, pepper flakes, small chunks, margarine or lard, onion, potatoes and sour cream!

Preparation Method :
- Put the margarine in a 7 cups dish. Heat, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes until sizzling. Add the onion.
- Cook, uncovered, on Full for 3 minutes. Stir in the potatoes, pepper flakes, paprika, salt and boiling water.
- Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 16 minutes, turning the dish 4 times.
- Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Spoon out on to warmed plates and top each with at least 1 tablespoon soured cream.

- 50 grams margarine or lard
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 750 grams potatoes, cut into small chunks
- 3 tablespoons dried pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- Salt to taste
- 300 ml boiling water
- 4 tablespoons soured cream
