- Put the butter or margarine in a deep 9 cups dish. Melt, uncovered, on Defrost for 2 minutes. Mix in the mushrooms.
- Cover with a plate and cook on Full for 6 minutes, stirring twice.
- Blend the corn flour with the water and stir in the cream.
- Gently stir into the mushrooms. Cover as before and cook on Full for 8 minutes, stirring 3 times or until thick and creamy. Fold in the salt and serve hot.
