CURRIED MUSHROOMS

The curried mushrooms is loaded with appetizing ingredients like mild curry paste, plain yogurt, mushrooms, butter and other special seasonings. This recipe can be easily cooked through getting more information on how to prepare it. Once you master this recipe, your family will surely love it.

Preparation Method :

  • Put one crushed garlic clove with the oil in a deep 9 cups dish. Melt, uncovered, on Defrost for 2 minutes. Mix in the mushrooms.
  • Cover with a plate and cook on Full for 6 minutes, stirring twice.
  • Blend the corn flour with the water and stir in the yogurt.
  • Gently stir into the mushrooms with curry paste.
  • Cover as before and cook on Full for 8 minutes, stirring 3 times or until thick and creamy. Fold in the salt and sugar. Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 25 grams IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 500 grams mushrooms
  • 25 grams corn flour
  • one crushed garlic clove
  • 25 ml mild curry paste  
  • 300 ml thick plain yoghurt
  • 10 grams caster sugar
  • Salt to taste
