Preparation Method :
- Remove the centre leaves of Fennel to make a hollow for the stuffing. Place fennel or chokoes in two clean microwavable plastic bags.
- Twist neck of bag and fold under to seal. Place bags on opposite edges of turntable and cook on High for 4 minutes, turn over and cook for 4 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender.
- Melt butter in a microwavable bowl on Medium for 1 minute. Add spring onions, cover and cook for minutes.
- Stir in cottage cheese, Gorgonzola or blue cheese and Parmesan cheese and cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Mix well to combine.
- Spoon cheese mixture into centre of each fennel or choko half and place evenly around edge of turntable with thickest parts towards edge and cook on Medium for 3 - 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and cook under a preheated hot grill for 3 - 4 minutes or until golden.

- 2 bulbs fennel, trimmed and halved or 2 chokoes, peeled, halved and seeded
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 12 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 100 grams cottage cheese, drained
- 50 grams Gorgonzola or soft blue cheese, crumbled
- 75 grams grated Parmesan cheese
